This is Bawumia's modern digitalized Ghana. The people a checking their registration from their homes. Analogue Mahama and Mosquito are still living in the past. Ghana is moving forward not backwards.

A lot of people are verifying their details digitally with their phones. Mr Digital has made a lot of things easier so your reason for the low turnout is not true
It is not inadequate publicity, people are simply not interested.
