  instead of calling other reputable fa heads in other nations to solicit advice. this dweeb is comllaining like a useless toto. the refs had less than 4.5% why are they even employed? you need to drop them. import refs if you have to. bring in more younger and hungrier humans who are serious to take the test. speak to toher fa heads in other nations where the refs have done significantly well refereeing international tournaments n matches and seek advice. this guy okraku is just lazy. find solutions n stop complaining.

GFA, pay the referees their due and reward those who do well and train them at least once a month if not more. Don't assignment them matches without the refs not knowing how they're going to get paid.
  
  Fifa referees and Premier League referees do not take any written test for the fear that someone very knowledgeable might not get a passing mark.
  
  But they're expected to pass the physical test (a forty meter dash 4 times followed by a yoyo, intermittent laps on a running track for 3,000 meters) before every season.

  - As soon as you became the FA President, you did all you could to destroy the Referees Association of Ghana (RAG) with your so-called "Catch Them Young" initiative - Which RAG are you referring to and how functional is their Executives.
  
  - It is alleged that you have selected some referees that you and your cronies are able to intimidate and use for your own agenda in games.
  
  - It is a shame that you, as the FA President, have a number of clubs that you own and manage. How can you superintend over a games in which you are an active player. This will never happen in a civilized world.
  
  - Truth be told that if you go to the Regions and the Districts in Ghana, the RAG branches are not functioning. Do you know why? GFA has been dealing directly with the Premier League and Division One Referees and Assistant Referees directly with match appointments and payment of officiating fees. If a Referee receives appointments and officiating fees directly from GFA, what will that person do with the local referees association?
  
  -After talking about the referees' performance in the Exams, you should have boldly talked about what was the cause and what you will do to remedy the situation. When RAG was functional at the national, regional and the district levels, they met every Saturday to review matches they officiated, those they watched on TV, and they also reviewed the Laws of the Game. All such initiatives a dead.
  
  - Truth be told ... until Ghana football is managed by independent people, and not club owners or so-called "Football People", the state of Football in Ghana will continue to be the same.
  
  - Check the teams/clubs for players who are selected for the various National Teams and you will see the clubs they are selected from and the owners of those clubs.
  
  - Wake Up - Football Fans, Journalist (the genuine-hearted ones), and concerns members of the football fraternity.
