Ah, who is being DUMB - the CEO, the Minister or the public?? The CEP says he's not going for syndicated loans this year!!! What's this Minister alluding to????
that confirms the allusion of many people that the CEO lied. He went for Loans and did not get only to come back and say they have decided not to take syndicated loans this year.
