I do not get it. Mass crop failure and you are going to share money. Where will both farmers and non-farmers get the food to buy?

In the NPP, every misfortune is seen as an avenue to steal money from the taxpayer. I thought they even spent our taxes on the so called 1V1D. What a bunch of criminals being exposed every now and then by Karma.
