Yes sometimes your ideas and policies would be accepted and and even you may be allowed to implement them. But not all your ideas will be accepted by the boss. If the boss accepts all your ideas(you must as well be the boss. Every leader has their own vision and can allow their assistants to chip in but the leader/CEO/Boss/President has the final say.
