  He should add sperm donation bank…. ….. when we have a lot in Ghana already …..?? the issue is the access to the hospitals so it would have bn better if he had said he will equip old hospitals n migrates it on to the Ghana health insurance or fertility treatment would be free in order to make it accessible to all.
  What would building a new one change when people can’t access it ???
  NDC has ruled Ghana longer than any political party but has no social intervention policy … all of them were done by npp
  Free SHS , free maternity , school feeding program, Tvet , Ghana health insurance, mobile interoperability and many others.
  
  The only thing the NDC knows is get money today chop n die tomorrow. No legacy for the future generations
