  Hello we are a democratic republic and nobody has the right (my friend will say left) to dictate how they go about making a lawful living.
  Opening a new market is no crime except that my Konkomba peopel are being cheated by the Nanumbas and Dagombas. It is that plain and simple.
  Remember Historically where the Dagbani and Nanumba people claim as their land is not true. They are occupiers. They just imposed themselves on the indigenous people of konkomba. The Dagombas and Nanumbas should respect and treat the Konkombas as human beings or go back to Zamfara in Nigeria.
  
  Konkombas are a peace loving people , hardworking and very respectful. We cannot trace their ancestors from any part of Africa and I believe they have been there for thousands of years and as a matter of fact many lands being claimed by othe tribes in the hinterland belong to them.
  
  This disrespect should stop. Nanumbas and Dagombas STOP CHEATING AND DISRESPECTING THE KONKOMBAS AND THERE WILL BE PEACE ELSE ONE DAY THEY WILL DRIVE YOU ALL OUT.

  The said market is facing legal and jurisdictional matters. However, thise behind it doesn't seem to get it or just want to bulldoze their way ignorantly.
  
  The relevant Municipal Assembly hasn't discussed or approved such a development. Also, the traditional owner of the land (at Paramount and kingdom levels) where the said market is to be sited hasn't released the land for such a development.
  
  This meant that the whole process is being torpedo by ignorance and aggression.
  
  For a market to develop it needs an owner, public or private, and these legal and jurisdiction process MUST be satisfied with evidence and paperwork. The owner/s will need the paperwork for insurance and banking related activities. Stop the tribal mongering and do the proper thing. Both tribes and beyond will benefit.
  
  Diplomacy by your elders and MPs can help gain the jurisdictional approval in no time. And the court system can assist if the Municipal approval isn't forthcoming.
  
  To sit in the comfort of your home and spit war mongering invective wouldn't help our brethren who need it most. Just be careful and don't incite unnecessary tension.

  Who was there when they came to occupy? According to Dagomba, Mamprusi and Nanumba history, there were tribes there before they came. I’m an Akan, but this is common history. We Akans have lived side to side with everyone we came to meet. Why can’t the Dagomba, Nanumba and Mamprusi do same. Every where they are there seems to be unnecessary fighting. Look at Bawku, Bimbilla, etc. Ghana is for everyone. How can you attack a tribe for starting a business?
