The trouble in Ghana is that, wrong doing is never punished by law thus offering impunity for all to indulge.
If so then hmmm. Ghost payments come in different and several forms. Who's behind these if not a network of bunch of criminal cabals. They're creative? Innovative? and always in the move - a step ahead criminals.
They used gost names to validate attendance for salary qualifications. These are the same people saying the government is stealing. We are all corrupt in one way or another.
Most of these teachers don't support the NPP. They are the first to call for strike when allowance issue corps up. Teacher salary during covid was paid with no work done. Some union working class are nation pull me down.
