  Ask again. It has been so many years after KNUST producing engineers yet we cannot manufacture our own and keep glamorizing imports from other countries. And those cars, those of us old enough know they did not last because they were not built for the hot tropical weather. We should stop making Nkrumah a God. He too made some mistakes.

  Our visionary and legendary first president - Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah was a man who thought deeply about the future of Ghana! Then Ghanaians made that serious by being deceived into voting for our current wee smoking president - Nana Akuffo Addo!! When this stupid man came to power, all he could do was to make Ghana totally bankrupt, grooming his wayward children into the growing and distribution of CANNABIS. On top of that, he gave hundreds of millions of dollars worth of ambulance supply contract to these wayward children, who tripled the price of an ambulance from $80,000 to a whopping $300,000. Akuffo Addo Kyebi kromfuor kwasiampanin...!!!!!!

  Yes, I was in Secondary School Form 2 in Cape Coast. The taxis were known as PONKO ABODAM, literally meaning THE HORSE IS GONE MAD. They were robust, very versatile and had a lot of speed. The drivers wore white shirts, black trousers and black shoes. Those were the good, old days in Ghana.
