When this stupid man came to power, all he could do was to make Ghana totally bankrupt, grooming his wayward children into the growing and distribution of CANNABIS. On top of that, he gave hundreds of millions of dollars worth of ambulance supply contract to these wayward children, who tripled the price of an ambulance from $80,000 to a whopping $300,000.
