They always knew there was no way he could build and complete such a magnitude of project within such a short period and that's exactly what is happening, pray that u even are able to complete and convert one into an operationalized hospital before the elections. And when you were calling Mahama incompetent, didn't you idiots seek for medical help in his hospitals when many of your ministers and MPs got Covid? You see your point is as stupid as your party?

Is agenda a reality? NDC is not used to slogans but perform. The numerous uncompleted buildings by ndc were not under any theme, but they were constructed.
