Before that, Mills, during his campaign to become president, promised "One-time-premium" payment insurance. Was Mills able to introduce that program when he became president, and did Mahama even try to introduce it?

Now, the same bubonic carrying "RATS" are promising primary health care policy for all Ghanaians. Some Ghanaians like me do not easily forget.

NDC leaders are pathetically, filthy liars and Ghanaians should beware with whatever they spit out. Nkwaseafuo.
