  Great post. From the Computer Science graduates, Bawumia had a base group to build a robust IT service group for global employment. Unfortunately, in almost 8 years, we did not see that happen.

  Companies like Accenture and L&T, recruit heavily from India, and post them in various leading companies in the US.
  In Ghana, at least one company has a small piece of this out-sourcing business.
  
  We need not start from scratch. The fact that we have missed this opportunity is mind boggling.

When Nana Akufo-Addo's administration developed the Free SHS, it was a game-changer for Ghana, and so would this promise of Bawumia.
