Chiefs added to article 71 people to milk Ghanaian tax payers money. They are to enjoy land sales without paying tax plus allowances from the government.

what is the cost of those allowance, where from that money? We current unable to pay contractor and have hair cuts so which budget shall those allowance come from. These are some of the questions we need to ask

Paramount chiefs and divisional Chiefs already have what they can live on so why paying them allowances . Allowances are paid to less privilege people not the privileged in society.
Give the district assemblies their 1000,000 dollars/year and they will take care of the chiefs.
