Whilst the NPP has well educated ppl prepared to volunteer to act as polling agents,NDC would go in for hungry uneducated party Fool Soldiers whose only interest at polling stations is to create troubles.These NDC guys sometimes even struggle to fill election forms and cannot do simple arithmetic.They always go on the street complaining that they have been cheated even when they don't have evidence.
