What sort of reportage is this? Is the journalist of this piece aware of the law, "innocent until proven guilty"? I have been following the COCOBOD trial involving Opuni and so far I can say that the prosecutors have been disgraced. On the Tobbinco trial, haven't we seen evidence so far about a possible collusion between the current head of the FDA and Tobbinco in the media lately after the Judgement and the subsequent award of more than C94m? Tomorrow is pregnant indeed!

I don't follow what is going on at the court bcoz of the way our judicial system operate.But if Opuni was doing a good job at Food & Drug Board and he has been transfered against his wish to Cocobod why didn't he resign?

2.DR sTEPHEN OPUNI was looking at the issue with Technocratic eye- in calculating the effects Tobinco actions could bring to the mass population .
Dr Stephen Opuni was protecting the health of the people while Mahama also wanted to protect the business in the country.
so if you compare the two scenarios
Tobinco should have been prosecuted - and could have been given guidelines to take the health of the people as his ultimate goal instead of money.
