Your NPP has severally been changing calendars for the poorly implemented free SHS due to
insufficient planning, but i hardly heard you coming
out like this. However, the NDC will quickly take
your advice and will act accordingly. The intention is perfect, but a little error. Thanks for your advice.

Either it is free up to completion or nothing.
