If you want to continue to live in Ghana ( if you are a Ghanaian ) then you must take those tablets because they will help you to be rid of so much bile, so much bitterness and so much hate and spite and emotional instability. If you don't want to take the doctors treatment then you must emigrate to those parts of the world where they preach bigotry and eat food and drink water which makes them full of hate and wickedness and makes them treat other people as if they are animals.
