  They have not solved our problems because both parties do not know what should be done to move us forward as a nation. They both come to implement what I call "self aggrandizement development projects" without putting in place the necessary structures to sustain the projects. Furthermore, no country has developed without the rule of law and societal discipline. Ghana is a country with indiscipline citizens because our institutions are not functioning well. Neither NDC nor the NPP have the capacity or the will to transform our mindset and way of life hence our stagnation as a nation.
