A-Plus has no obligation to name names. He can choose to remain silent, as long as he has no participation in the crime. What right do those plaintiffs have to bring their suit against A-Plus? Yes, most of us want justice for Ahmed Saule who was cowardly murdered for doing his work, but frivolous lawsuits will not help in bring about that justice. If anything at all, A-Plus can rightly be criticized for refusing to divulge the information that he claims to possess, but his refusal to do doesn't warrant bringing legal action against him. Nor do his public statements regarding the same amount to an actionable case in any court of law.
