  Cement was produced in Team and Takoradi but got to Tamale, Bolaga, Tumu, until recently cement factory came to Buipe, kumasi so planting sugar cane in other parts of the country can be transported to the factory.

  Your government said there is no raw materials to feed the factory but you are now saying the out growers have turned their farms into palm plantations so they were initially growing sugar cane?
  The chiefs have taken 25% of the land back, under whose watch and what did the so called proactive government do?
  The river has been pulluted because of galamxy activities who are behind galamxy? The competent government could not control galamxy when an incompetent one did?
