I was in Ghana a while ago and there was this car which is for sale parked on the left side of a branch road/car park so you don’t see your left side when joining the main road. I took took the number on the for sale car and gave it to a policeman who was on one of their motors stopping the trotro drivers for money. He should have seen it but ignored so I gave him the number and pointed out the problem to him that it might result in an accident if it’s not addressed asap. The policeman rather asked me for money, I was surprised because at where he was soliciting money from the troski drivers, he should have seen. No, thats not important for him to address than asking for money. They have to be arrested one by one…
