  These are some of the unnecessary bureaucracies in the public service that, at times, lead to unnecessary delays and increased costs. Our public service auditors are at times not proactive, without recourse to exigencies and very petty. They behave like our Motor Traffic Police officers checking drivers and vehicles on our roads.
