Mahama doesn't say things he isn't ready to do, when he met the nurses he didn't pretend, he reiterated his stance that they needed jobs after school than allowance and should rather prioritize that, he could have easily lied to them that he was even going to double the amount being paid for the allowance like Bawumia or Akufo Addo will easily have done if it were them.
