  Year of roads was an exercise in futility. A typical 419 move by the NPP administration. It's unconscionable the state of Roads in Ghana after all the loans procured by the Govt.
  This is how Military and subversive Govts come into power. .The reckless abandon and dismissive regard for the people is a recipe for domestic upheaval and eventual collapse of the dubious transactional democracy practiced in Ghana.
