  Don't back track ...you said what you meant and now you see how foolish the statement was you are exposed.
  The problem is CORRUPTION...and you are a part of it. Get rid of corruption first and all the troubles will go away. The bad operators in government second. Next about 90% of you in these positions need to give up your terrible leadership roles. You don't get rid of corruption nothing will ever change...things will only get worse.
