Secondly, the OSP under Kissi Agyebeng clearly did a shoddy work. Martin Amidu's investigation had revealed John Mahama falsified documents - including stating his brother, who was adopted at age 10 and sent to the UK and had never been to Ghana since, attended the University of Ghana - to facilitate an acquisition of a Ghana Passpot that he used to set up the inermediary company in Ghana. The whole process of contacting the SFO and the DOJ were gone through by Martin Amidu before he left office.
