The judges of the high court are not fools for Christ sake!!!!. They will not pass judgement without due diligence of conducting forensic investigations into cases brought before them. It has taken the court 5 years before passing judgement; doesn't that mean anything to you ? We shouldn't support antagonism from politicians against Ghanaian owned business. today it is TOBINCO, tomorrow it will be your uncle, your sister or yourself; then you will feel it hurts!!! From a credible source, he never imported fake medicines; opuni was using the public he was occupying to settle personal scores, please !!!!

  Are unregistered products allowed to be imported and sold in the country. How was Tobinco doing this. Court ruling is not making sense. How is the FDA wrong. This looks like FDA did not make their case and defend well or may be a game to split the booty since FDA may now have to pay some amount as compensation. This looks like this may be some judgement debt game that is being played. End of the day it is tax payer who will pay as usual. Let us see if FDA even bothers to appeal the ruling.
