The most wicked IGP who stood against his own tribe Nzema police officers by sidelining them, refusing them their promotions and kept harassing them with constant transfers.He even had to retire some of them at the age of 55yrs instead of 60yrs which some of the officers took to court and won causing financial loss to the state by that his stupid decision.May his soul get tormented in hell forever
