Kissi Agyabeng, the Special Prosecutor, erred big time for being bold to clear John Mahama for any wrongdoing as far as the Airbus scandal is concerned.

All the countries named in the scandal, have prosecuted their officials with most if not all of them going to prison with the exception of Ghana where the SP had cleared John Mahama who was named as "Government Official One" from any wrongdoing.

First of all, if John Mahama was in any of the countries mentioned in connection with the scandal, he would have been in jail but not in Ghana where the SP had compromised his position, why?

If the SP did not find any incriminating evidence with the bribery allegation, what about the falsification of documents? For a president to falsify document to favor his brother who was not a Ghanaian, is a felony and Mahama can be charged with that.

Also, the SP has no power to clear Mahama from the Airbus investigation because such crimes have no statute of limitation and only a court can clear Mahama from the Airbus scandal so, the SP erred big time with that statement.
