  Ndc fool soldiers should not be running to town in jubilation that the dead goat, the Government Official one is exonerated. Ndc illiterates should take advantage of the free SHS introduced by the Action President, Nana Akuffo Addo to learn. I will take few seconds to educate this fool soldiers.
  1. The OSP has just prosecutorial duties.
  2. The authority to exonerate someone being investigated lies in the powers of a court of competent jurisdiction presided by a Judge.
  3. The Special Prosecutor has no powers to exonerate anyone to the extent of closing a case being investigated since such cases could be reopened by other prosecutorial Bodies like EOCO and CID or CHRAJ.
  Mahama will definitely be brought back to court.
