1. The OSP has just prosecutorial duties.
2. The authority to exonerate someone being investigated lies in the powers of a court of competent jurisdiction presided by a Judge.
3. The Special Prosecutor has no powers to exonerate anyone to the extent of closing a case being investigated since such cases could be reopened by other prosecutorial Bodies like EOCO and CID or CHRAJ.
Mahama will definitely be brought back to court.

Even in advanced countries its only industries and essential services which operates 24/7. "Prior to that nu" most businesses and supermarkets are closed by 12 midnight. Operational hours depends on demand. A supermarket which operates past midnight without customers shopping will eventually run into losses.

If the Police CIDs investigate cases they submit their findings to court by the OSP after investigating the Airbus scandal he turned himself into a Court Judge to free the culprits. Where is it written that the OSP can turn himself as a Court Judge to free criminals. That’s a very shameful and disgusting act by the OSP. From this, it has been established that the price of US Boeing Aircraft was high, and as a result, the Ghana Air Force decided to purchase an aircraft that is cheaper, but can perform the same task.
This alleged Airbus Scandal, has exposed the corruption in the imperialist socioeconomic sector.
That one maybe imprisoned, assassinated, murdered or maimed just because someone has paid a leader in the West to do his dirty job for him.
So, Boeing and the US government paid people to do their dirty job for them.
You must accuse people of taking bribe, because we were not able to sell our aircraft and someone else has sold his.
That was how the war in Iraq started with some Iraqi dissidents bribing people in the US to have access to the president of that country.
The president then meets with the dissidents, they come to terms of the profits U.S. arm and vehicle manufactures will made, not excluding the handing over of Iraqi oil to the family and friends of the U.S.
It arose the appetite and greed of the president who then goes to the press and call anyone whose resources he and his clones want to rob a dictator.
The fight for money was between Boeing an American aircraft manufacturing company and Airbus that is jointly own by Britain, France, Germany and some other European countries.
That also expose the gullibility of not only the citizens of the imperialist countries, but as well people around the world that believe, swallow, hook, line and sinker, anything that the Western press spews.
