On 4th August 1897, the Aborigines' Rights Protection Society was formed. This grouping of men had as their aim, the right to be the masters of their own destiny in their land.

50 years later on 4th August 1947 the UGCC was formed to pursue the independence of the Gold Coast and Protectorate of Ashanti.

How difficult is it to conclude that the idea of independence did not originate in 1951 or 1957?

He was a hustler in America doing odd jobs to school and survive before he was brought to zGhana by Paa Grants money. He later became a rebel to the UGCC. Such an ungrateful soul. He also squandered 70 percent of the country's wealth left by the colonial government to fund tyrany in other countries because he wanted to be president of Africa because Ghana was not big enough
In so foing he neblected to develop tge Northern territories. In shame, he gave them free education to compensate them. His bad judgement is respisible for tge Kayayoo phenomenon and under development in the nirth which has deprived them of modernization. Your father Sekou, was a tyrant as well as not different from todays politician. He used state funds to buy a car for his mother, your grandmother.

Dr Nkrumah established industries all over the country, established the brigades and state farms to offer employment to Ghanaians. In Bawku where they are fighting , they had a Bawku ground nut factory. They had a meat factory at Zuarungu, a rice mill at Bolgatanga and a Pwalugu tomatoes factory just to mention a few PLEASE NENE NANNOR, when Dr Nkrumah was in power, there were no kayayei in Accra. Please read Professor Frimpong Boateng 's article entitled My Ñkrumah and you will know what Dr Nkrumah did for this country During Dr Nkrumah 's time all Ghanaians who went abroad for studies returned home to find employment here.Please Dr Nkrumah did not squander our resources. He used it to develop this country. There were no schools so he had to build schools. Please interview Nana Dr SKB Asante, Omanhene of Asokore He was one of those who were granted scholarship to study Law abroad before Dr Nkrumah established the Ghana Law School Dr Nkrumah left office in 1966 So many years later you are blaming him .Please Dr Nkrumah did so much for this country. Please when Dr Nkrumah was in power there were no kayayei in Accra.

Nkrumah was a visionary son of Ghana and Africa, a nation-builder celebrated by millions across the globe for his undying love for the Africa and its people. Akufo-Addo on the other hand is a vison-less nation-wrecker celebrated by only looters of Ghana government assets and galamsey criminals, and all he has managed to accomplish is the spread of division among the people of Ghana while turning Ghana's progress fifty years backwards.
