Waa look at the mindset of a so called Ghanaian. If you live around that area or use that stretch of road regularly, you'll appreciate the need for the dualisation without this needless and quite frankly, childish comment.
Thoughtless question, I must say. Even if the road is being worked on because of '...the giant shopping mall...' what difference does that make? In any case who constructs a road leading to nowhere beneficial to human beings? ...
