  Just a paraphrase of 'Legalizing galamsey'. If John Dramani really understood what he said, he would have talked about empowering domestic mining firms rather than training the local people to mine. After the training will they have the heavy duty machinery and full technical know-how to manage, mine, and reclaim their concessions afterwards? Who will pay for train, which agency will do the training? How do we evaluate the implementation of this policy as a country. These were questions we failed to ask when John Dramani brought the scam SADA projects, which planted trees we can't find, reared non-existent guinea fowls, etc just another way to doll out cedis to cronies. Thank God he's going to lose this elections anyway.
