These groups target opponents stronghold and make most votes are spoiled.

These groups make sure they exchange results while doing final recording of results

They make sure they lead oldmen/women to spoil their votes.

These and many many tactics NDC use to decreased opponents votes and to lift their votes throughout the country and most opponent stronghold.

As we speak now, of what use is the Ho airport to the citizens of Ho and the volta region. Togbe Afede's Africa World Airplanes does not even operate the Ho route.
