Just so you know, before any company dreams of competing for government contracts, they must have certain criteria. one of the criterial is that the company have been registered for x number of years. They must have paid taxes to the state in their field of operation, they must be in good standing with the registrar general and the TAX guys. etc. etc. So, as you can see, businesses cannot just put in a bid for government contract. They must be in a position to be able to check all the boxes.
