  Whatever goes up must come down one day. The AG may be up today due to his position, some people had been in bigger positions, but they were humbled at a point in time. His posture doesn't speak well of him. Just this week, the CDS said he didn't authorize the release of Jakpa's "dismissal" letter which can bring so many issues should he pursue the letter's origin. He caused financial loss to the State by refusing to accept the refunding option from Big Sea. Let's protect our Ghana not political interest.

  What does Godfred Dame stand to gain from jailing particularly Ato Forson by all means? Hasn't he had enough humiliation already from this case? I think he should swallow his pride and throw in the towel. Moreover his insatiable appetite of always "persecuting" his political opponents in the NPP overloaded Supreme Court is increasing the speculation of persecution instead of prosecution.

  This Appiagyei-Atua guy speaks from a place of emotion rather than intelligence. He asked Dame to resign even before the Jakpa tape and whatsapp messages came out and it became evident that it was Jakpa who was using his cousin Justice Julendi to seek audience with the AG rather than the other way round. In all their pronouncements, the likes of Appiagyei-Atua never address the money lost to the state. It's all about getting the AG. These fools must not be allowed to infest the public space with their personal hatred just because carry titles such as professor, CSOs, etc. We should judge people by the quality of their reasoning, not their titles.

  the attorney general is bold enough to predict the outcome if the case is sent to the supreme court. he didn`t even say to `TRY` and reverse the judgment but simply to reverse the judgment. in his usual modus operandi, he will be visiting the judges in their homes to cook the outcome before the court even sits. this guy is discredited and should leave the post. his actions if left unchecked will smear the judges. HE`S INFECTIOUS!!

  The motivation is simple. The pampered, dada ba attorney general, is pursuing this because the appeal will go to the Supreme Court and that’s where his parents are.

  I get confused when law professors question the rationale for going to the supreme court. Nobody questioned the rationale when the defendants went to the appeal court. I get the feeling that some people are just either fatigued or the usual Ghanaian ' fa asem kyɛ' . What these people are implying is that though €24m has been 'chopped' free there's no culprit/s to be held accountable.
