Ghana PhD men doing this nonsense in public. Botswana passport is even more valuable. Is it true that the first letter came from the Chairman of the governing council?? Who the hell counters it publicly without being certain whether it's from the Chairman? The thing is that if the chairman hadn't done that, he would have come out to say it. So whether they had met or not is not our issue.
