Emmanuel Mawunyo Amenuveve is a young accountant who's involved in lots of accounting fraud and numerous other nefarious activities at the government weather agency.

Over invoicing, accounting fraud and corruption in Ghana will drastically reduce if government is able to punish these corrupt civil servants working in government offices,
