  The Judicial council and Ghana BAR association must as matter of urgent, free and fair trial in delivering justice in the country sit on a round table to discuss this issue and amended or instructed same in the practise.
  
  I have a big problem when it comes to IQ of some of our judges.
  if there is a case before you, and you think your court has no mandate to adjudicate the matter- we all now constitutional matters are only for Supreme Court,
  we know murder cases are for High court
  so
  if you are a magistrate court judge and there is a murder case before you- you know exactly that you have no mandate - why do you adjudicate the matter, and after wasting more valuable time give judgement by saying I have no mandate over murder case ?
  
  2. why can you refer the case from novo to the appropriate court that has the jurisdiction to deliver a binding judgement ?
  
  3. the most annoying part is this-
  you can deliver a judgment and say I have no jurisdiction- that is not a judgment for the parties to rely on.
  can you guys learn a little bit when you are writing in your court rooms !
  The moment as a judge you go through the case, call for witnesses, ask the defendant to open his defence and all legal process - it means you have a jurisdiction in determining the finality of the case at your level .- it is only that if the parties do not agree with the court, then the aggrieved party could take the case base on your judgement to the highest level.
  even the animal kingdom is well organised that Ghana as a country. how could you develop the country on mere stupidity ?- we are not serious to build a nation-

  This exactly what everyone has been saying that there is no confidence in the judiciary. There is no free and fair trial in Ghana. Godfred Dame is a bloody criminal. I am surprised the GBA, Ghana Borla Association has refused to take any action against that stupid boy.
