Kwaku Azar, CoA decision was not unanimous, so she is not alone. Stands of Judges on a case are only opinions not mathematical truths. I am not with you on this.
Prof are you sure? My simple qxn is was the appeals court judge 3- 1 or 2-1? So if another appeals court Justice acheampong disagreed with his colleagues, how is Justice betwe the biggest loser?
