That's fine. But I pray the process should be free and fair devoid of political intrusions and manipulations. However concerning the health sector recruitment l will like to know why the emphasis is on the Nursing and Midwifery Council members where nurses and midwives are the sole members? In addition, Ghana medical and dental council members where medical doctors and Dentists are the major focus? Although physician Assistants of oral health specialties, anaesthetic and medical backgrounds belong to or under the same umbrella, they are discriminated against?
Again, where is the fate of the members of the Ghana psychology and psychiatry council, the Allied Health professions council members, the pharmacy council of Ghana among others?
Something needs to be done because in health service delivery, every individual be it a professional or not including the labourer (sweepers and mowers) etc play a pivotal role in it. So therefore when it's time to recruit health service workers it must be generalized for all.
