It's high time justice is served once and for all! In a democratic society, it's appalling that Hawa Koomson, who has repeatedly fired gunshots at polling stations, remains free. Meanwhile, the NDC Parliamentary candidate, who was lawfully carrying a licensed and registered firearm, was arrested at a polling station despite not using the weapon. I implore President Mahama, upon winning the upcoming election on December 7, to prosecute Hawa Koomson for her actions. Her behavior poses a significant threat to the safety and well-being of the people of Kasoa, and it's essential to hold her accountable.

Was it not rumored that some police officers rent their service assigned guns to criminals . How many Ghanaians have unlicensed guns that the police have not gone after them ? Why single out this MP who said she carried her gun to protect her from Hawa Koomsom.
This kind of selective application of the law by the police must stop.

If there are other reasons why the ladys gun has been seized, then the lady and the public must know those reasons otherwise next time when people buy guns, they will not bother to register them with the Police at all.
