I believe some rabbits are more intelligent than this.

  The fact that the request even came from the seat of government that has been roundly noted to be place where cooked deals warrants a serious probe. Fremah sat in her office to cook this deal for the President's daughter and her boyfriend. It would have been different if the deal emanated from ministry, rather than from Jubilee House where we all know is the place where murky and crooked deals are created to loot and share resources of the state.
