  Ghana police are not properly trained like we have in North America. They are very lazy. If you write to them they don't reply e-mails. They don't have chat rooms to report criminals to. Even if you give tips to go and arrest criminals they don't respond. Waste of tax payers money to pay this institution. They know all these galamseyers but they don't arrest them. They take bribes and leave them. Very sad Africa
