  What cost cutting? Ghanians are suffering but the president still having about 120 ministers, if the government really care for the plight of Ghanaians, they should cut down size of government to 60 and we can save about $1.5 ...

Ghanians are suffering but the president still having about 120 ministers, if the government really care for the plight of Ghanaians, they should cut down size of government to 60 and we can save about $1.5 billion, that can help solve some of the challenges facing the country.

  How many times didn't governments promise cost-cutting but ended up messing up? Mr. PhD holder, did you do any basic trend analysis before believing what the minister said? I believe Dutch passport is better than your PhD.
