  So there's a secret to be protected by A court in Ghana, but surprised our supreme court is urging this in it's lower courts?, then why was japka case being treated differently as the court granted the military rep to open up same secrets of their administration reporting of it's operatives personal conducts to the public without regards to oath of security parting for the Arm service men & women.
  
  Now everyone being currently in the security services or ex service personnel have also right to share everything including secrets of their operations and individuals reported found in the service.
  
  If we are allowed the judiciary of political clothes decisions, one day Ghana would be naked be fore his enemies.
  
  There are seriously secrets of the state knowing to individuals personals of the security services across the nation and if the courts are deeping into things, issues shall surely would be possible explode to our faces sooner. Let those Wiseman of gate keeping of Ghana wake from their sleep before it gets late.

In Bangladesh, it took another moronic judge to revive an obnoxious old law on quota to spark a deadly riots. Society is dynamic, not static. In the era of transparency which often leads to marked improvement, here you have a completely detached moron trying to gag someone from disclosing so-called "confidential" information. A public institution?

My father was sick and at the poly one nurse gathered us call someone outside the hospital to come and take us across the road to a place called MEDPLUSGH. I requested to use the Hospital facilities but the doctor and nurse told me I don't go to the MEDPLUS GH he wouldn't treat my father . The cost at MEDPLUSGH was 3 times the usual prices. The doctor included this names
  Mobile number so as a percentage of the cost will be send to him. KATH IS USELESS
