We will know the true state of the economy after the elections. NPP promised us a better Ghana but disgraced the country among comity of nations by filing for bankruptcy, the first time in Ghana's history. Inasmuch as an individual's credit score can determine your worthiness to access credit, the credit score itself does not offer credit, rather banks and credit brokers provide credit. Now ask yourself how easy is't to access loans from the banks, and how high are the interest rates applicable? For the working class that receives pay through the bank, yes, but for the masses at the rally, many will not even be qualified for it. so Mr vice President, why would you not empower the people and create jobs, but you wanted to lure more people into the bracket to pay your obnoxious E-Levy (any transaction online including bank payments for items purchased inclusive)? Amid this teeth-gnashing cost of living crisis, all you can do is to encourage households to borrow more through credit scoring system.
