  This is interesting. How can an employee insist that his employer cannot assess him nor advertise the position on the expiration of his term of employment? WHY? IS THE POSITION AN INHERITANCE, CHIEFTANCY TITLE OR HEAD OF FAMILY? KATH MUST CHANGE THE LOCKS TO THE OFFICE AND PHYSICALLY PREVENT HIM ENTERING. WHAT WAS REASON FOR THE ORIGINAL EXTENSION OF HIS TENURE WITHOUT BOARD APPROVAL NOR INTERVIEW? UNBELIEVABLE !!!!!!!!!

  ALL government institutions and Agencies must as from today give a new contracts to it workers for maximum period of 3years subject to renewal.
  Time has come and evolved - that the old method of given appointment letters without validations need to be ceased ,
  contracts subjects to renewals are the most effective way of value for money.
  if the person is not validating his or her professional statues , if they are not doing the work as to how it suppose to be done,- when the contracts ends
  do not renew it .
  there are lot of new brilliant graduates who are at home without finding a job to do.
  there are lot of workers in mostly all the government institutions who just got there by whom you know- they are not qualified to do the job.
  there are others too , who replace their family member, or relative who is going on pension- so the position becomes like a dynasty .
  Ghana is for every single Ghanaian.
  Time is ripped, all idiots we are paying with the taxpayers money but are doing nothing to serve the people must go home.
  we need to get seriously serious in this country.

Unless you commit an offence and you are dismissed you are there until retirement. It is a permanent position. Is it because he is an Ewe?
