Meanwhile it is from such budgets that we get the Free School Feeding Programme, Free SHS, Agenda 111, One Village One Dam, One District One Factory, Pipe-borne Water, Rural Electrification Projects, Roads, Railways, Airports, Fishing Harbours, resuscitated economic growth of 4.7% and also pay salaries, allowances, ex-gratia, offer housing and buy vehicles for parliamentarians, some of whom are of no use or value to parliament and the country.
